Return Policy for Boars and Bucks

At Boars and Bucks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of rifle scopes, night vision scopes, thermal imaging devices, binoculars, spotting scopes, and accessories. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition with all tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
- The item has not been customized or modified in any way.
- Thermal imaging devices and night vision scopes must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, without any signs of use or wear.
Note: Due to the sensitive nature of optical products, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items and may decline returns for any products that appear to have been used or tampered with.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale items, marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Any products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.

Ship the Item: Once you have received the RA number, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., for items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or replacement, please follow the return procedure above and specify your exchange request when contacting our customer service team. We will process the exchange upon receipt of the returned item, subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a return, exchange, or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
7. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to certain returns, particularly for large, fragile, or custom-ordered items such as thermal imaging devices and night vision scopes. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
